Try the resident tasks
Have a board member and a resident test signing in, finding a document, and submitting a request. We have not conducted a usability study establishing that one product is easier.
Test the move before committing
Export sample records, check which data can be transferred, and reconcile balances. OurHOA does not offer an automated migration or a guaranteed turnaround.
